Equisafety LED Arm Leg Band

2" wide elasticated band with velcro fastener.  Can be used as an armband for rider or a leg band for the horse.  A watch battery powers the LEDs and can be replaced.  The light can be seen 500 metres away.  Wipe clean, not waterproof.
